Damien Duhamel
Managing Partner
Damien is Managing Partner at Eurogroup Consulting Middle East and has 25+ years experience advising international companies on growth strategy. A core focus of his work has been developing partnerships, distribution channels and growth via M&A – he has led dozens of M&A targeting projects, many focused in the lubricants and automotive aftermarket spaces. Damien holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a Masters in Sustainability from Harvard University. He has lived in Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and the UAE.
Jack Fowler
Director
Jack is a Director at Eurogroup Consulting and has led projects globally for over a decade. He has extensive experience in both the lubricants sector and buy-side M&A mandates (with a focus on target identification). Jack previously worked for a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on several core verticals, including lubricants. Jack has lived in Singapore, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Yemen and the UK and has executed projects in many other markets including the USA and across Europe, where he has several project references including a recent target search in the lubricants sector for a global energy company. Jack holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Manchester focused on strategic diversification within O&G-focused businesses.
